Drinking Water

The water we drink is critical to our health

When the body is dehydrated, it becomes stressed.  When the body is stressed, it becomes dehydrated.

Choosing clean water is crucial as tap water is often toxic and full of additives and heavy metals. Even branded, bottled water can have significantly different mineral contents between them, though they usually remove any undesirable mineral ions from their source water. If drinking filtered water it is recommended to use a carbon-only filter.

Drink 3 litres a day, avoid consuming with meals and wait for at least a half hour afterwards.
